How many clients do you work with at once?
Deliberately few — typically 12 to 15 active engagements at a time. That's by design. You get consistent, senior-level attention on your program, not a rotation of account managers.
Do you work with brands outside of Shopify?
Our deepest expertise is in Klaviyo × Shopify, but we're platform-fluent and happy to talk through your setup on an intro call. Most of what we do translates across e-commerce stacks.
What does onboarding look like?
Every engagement starts with a full account audit before we touch anything live. We get oriented on your brand, your goals, and what's currently in place — then build a clear plan before the first send.
Can I start with a buildout and move to managed later?
Absolutely. A lot of clients start with the Essentials Buildout to get the foundation right, then move into a managed program once the core flows are live and proven. We'll flag when it makes sense.
What if my needs don't fit a listed program?
Then we'll scope something that does. The programs listed are starting points, not rigid boxes. Bring your situation to an intro call and we'll build the right plan around it.
